Aerospace industry invited to student-run industry networking evening

7 October 2015 - 6:30pm
Sutherland Room at the University of Sydney

The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics would like to invite alumni currently working in the aerospace industry to its annual student-run industry Networking Evening. The event is organised by the society’s student branches in both the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales. The event seeks to connect professionals with current high-performing engineering undergraduates.

The Student Branches are volunteer student run organisations that endeavour to promote professional development and relationships throughout study at university. Now in its third year, this event is planned to be held on Wednesday 7th October at the Sutherland Room at the University of Sydney from 6pm.

Such an event poses wide-ranging benefits for students and members of the aerospace engineering industry. Undergraduates are keen to learn about the current state of Australia’s aerospace industry and gain insight about their future. This is a perfect audience for potential employers to connect with high achieving upcoming students.
